Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and tags).

  • To initiate a return, a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Opened or used items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

  • Hygiene-sensitive electronics like earbuds (unless unopened or defective)

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged. If you'd like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
